Banana CPH produces vegan sweet treats from surplus bananas, that would otherwise be descaredas a result of having the ”wrong” size og level of ripeness.

From the beginning, Banana CPH has made fightingfood waste a core of their strategy and vision. Wanting to sho that fighting food waste can also be a tasty affair.

Since 2017 they have upcyled over 50 tons of surplus bananas in Denmark alone!
