From field to cup, the coffee fruit changes form & shape. In the end, we only use the roasted beans and discard many valuable byproducts on the way. The unsorted coffee waste is difficult to valorize because it is heterogeneous and the quantities fluctuate.
Paper waste and unsorted biowaste as green and roasted coffee (ground and whole) are processed into rich soil and bring value back to the earth.
We have finished the pilot testing and established proof of concept.
Now the processes and logistics have to be established to scale the solution up.
