Jointly hosted by the University of Copenhagen and Circular Coffee Community with Kaffe Bueno, Connecting Grounds, Flora Ferment and Teknologisk Institut, we will explore the different components in coffee by-products, their nutritional value, and potential uses.
Learn about the effects of coffee by-products on our body and its potential for food, feed and nutrition. Get a taste of some of the interesting products in the making. There will be networking with others who work with the valuable by-products of coffee.
