We are the winners of Finans Impact ESG Award 2023
The hard work for making the world of coffee more circular is being recognized. Our work in Circular Coffee Community has been awarded withas winningers of the main prize at Finans Impact Award 2023. With finalists like Too Good To Go, Rema 1000 and Pension Danmark it is with great pride and humbleness that Peter Larsen Kaffe has received this awesome award.
“Peter Larsen Kaffe wins the award due to their efforts to make production and consumption of coffee climate neutral across the entire value chain. At the same time higher minimum prices support coffee farmers to avoid poverty and give them better options for education that haven’t been possible so far,” the jury of Finans Impact Award 2023 tells and continues:
”As a global hub of development for an international network of circularity, Circular Coffee Community, Peter Larsen Kaffe expands social responsibility far beyond their own business while making the Danish market available for testing new circular business models and services.”
Most importantly: Credit for this great acknowledgment should be shared with all the partnerships and the drive from all of our active members of the Circular Coffee Community. We are on an important mission together and the world is beginning to see that it matters. Let’s continue working for a better coffee business in the future with less waste and more circularity.
